What makes them special is their reversible design — you can wear them on either side, depending on your mood or outfit.

Workflow
Demi mittens are worked entirely flat. First, the cuff is worked sideways in garter stitch using both colors and is joined to create a tube using Kitchener stitch. Then, stitches are picked up from the cuff, and one side of the mitten is worked in color A. After that, the other side of the mitten is worked in color B. Lastly, the mitten is sewn at the side edges using mattress stitch.
